Featured Recipe: Blueberry Chia Creamsicle Smoothie (Dairy Free)

Blueberry Chia Creamsicle Smoothie

Makes 2 ½  cups (2 Servings)

This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, healthy fats and fibre making it a great way to start the day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 3 Medium Ripe Bananas
  • ½ Cup “Thai Kitchen” Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup “R. W. Knudsen” Blueberry Nectar
  • 1 tbsp “Barlean’s” Chia Seeds
  • 2 “Natural Delights” Medjool Dates (Pitted)

 Directions:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy.
