Have an issue with a product you’ve purchased from Nature’s Emporium? No problem! Simply return it – with a receipt – and we’ll exchange or refund the product for your full purchase price, provided it falls within the restrictions listed below:

  • No refunds without receipt
  • No exchanges or refunds after 14 days of purchase
  • No returns on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • No returns on 'professional lines' of Vitamins, Supplements, Herbs or Homeopathics. Please ask an associate for details.
  • No returns on items marked ‘final sale’

Returning or exchanging items bought online

Upon delivery, if you find that your product is damaged, spoiled or defective, please contact us within the first 24 hours of receipt by emailing us at support@naturesemporium.com - including full details and photos of any damage or visible defects.

In the event that such issues are due to negligence or error on the part of Nature’s Emporium or our shipping provider, we will issue you a full credit for 1 future order - including shipping (within our specified free delivery area) - of the purchased product.
