Ingredients

Main

  • 5 Cobs Organic Corn

Aioli

  • 0.5 Cup “Follow Your Heart” Organic Vegenaise
  • 2 tsp Organic Garlic (3 Cloves)
  • 1 tbsp Organic Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 tsp Organic Lemon Zest

Topping

  • 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

Instructions

  • Boil your corn for 10 minutes, then grill on a portable grill/panini press for 3 minutes per side or grill in the husk on the bbq until done.
  • In a bowl, combine all of the Aioli ingredients, then smear it on the corn and finish by sprinkling some nutritional yeast on top.
