Blueberry Chia Creamsicle Smoothie
Makes 2 ½ cups (2 Servings)
This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, healthy fats and fibre making it a great way to start the day!
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 3 Medium Ripe Bananas
- ½ Cup “Thai Kitchen” Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup “R. W. Knudsen” Blueberry Nectar
- 1 tbsp “Barlean’s” Chia Seeds
- 2 “Natural Delights” Medjool Dates (Pitted)
Directions:
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy.
