I have food sensitivities for white rice flour and cane sugar (plus gluten, diary, eggs, corn). I think I can substitute cane sugar to coconut sugar. What is the substitute for white rice flour?

      Hi Sally!

      Thanks for reaching out.

You certainly can substitute coconut sugar for cane sugar. For white rice flour, consider giving sorghum flour a try. Be sure to let us know how it goes!
