This vegan “ egg-free” Eggnog is a delicious spin on a holiday classic, featuring Antioxidant rich maple syrup and energizing organic coconut milk.
- 1 Can “Thai Kitchen” Organic Coconut Milk 400mL
- 3 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Rum Extract
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Nutmeg Micro Grated
- Blend in a high speed blender, chill and enjoy!
- Optional: For a bit of a kick add a shot of your favorite rum.
