Ingredients
- 1 Bag “Buddha Bowl Foods - Avocado-Licious Salted Popcorn
- 2.25 Cups “Enjoy Life” Chocolate Mega Chunks
- 0.25 Cup "Nutiva" Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 0.5 tsp "Organic Traditions" Vanilla Bean Powder
- Pinch of "Redmond's Real" Sea Salt
Instructions
- In a double boiler, melt and combine everything but the popcorn.
- In a large bowl combine and well coat the entire bag of popcorn with the melted chocolate.
- Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet and cool for 25-30 minutes.
- Break into desired size pieces and enjoy as a light dessert or snack anytime!
