Featured Recipe: Goji-Chaga Tea (Immune Boosting)
This immune boosting tea combines the antioxidant properties of Chaga and Goji Berries with the warming properties of Ginger to give you a boost this immune health month!
- 1 sachet “Four Sigma Foods” Instant Chaga
- ¼ cup “Mum’s Original” Goji berries
- 1 tbsp Chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp “Wholesome Sweeteners” coconut sugar
- 2 cups Filtered water
- Bring water to boil and simmer goji berries and ginger for 15 minutes on low heat
- Add coconut sugar and instant Chaga, stir well and strain into a mug.
