  • 3 Medium Organic Fairtrade Bananas (Frozen or Fresh with ½ Cup Ice)
  • ¾ Cup Organic Almond Milk (Unsweetened)

  • 3 tbsp Maca Powder
  • Maple Syrup to Taste
