Holiday Mint Hot Chocolate
- 1 tbsp. raw cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. coconut sugar or honey
- ½ tsp peppermint extract
- 1-2 cups almond milk
Combine cocoa and honey in a small saucepan and stir until it forms a paste. Heat it on low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent the paste from sticking to the pan. After about 1 to 2 minutes, add milk and peppermint oil. Whisk it all together until it reaches your preferred temperature. Serve and enjoy!
