Ingredients
- 3 “Nature’s First Fruit” Pink Lady Apples (cored)
- 1 Cup Brown Rice Flour
- 0.5 Cup “Nature’s Emporium” Almond Flour
- 0.5 Cup Jalgua
- 1 tbsp “Frontier” Cinnamon
- 1 tsp “Frontier” Ginger Powder
- 0.5 tsp “Frontier” Nutmeg
- 0.25 Cup “Canadian Heritage Organics” Maple Syrup
- 0.5 Cup “Canadian Heritage Organics” Maple Syrup
- 0.5 Cup “Naked Coconut” Coconut Oil
- 2 tsp “El Peto” Aluminum Free Baking Powder
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 0.5 Cup Water
Instructions
- Pre heat your oven to 350F.
- Using a mandolin slicer, slice all of your apples to approximately 1/8” thickness.
- Layer the apples evenly in a parchment lined rectangular casserole dish and cover with ¼ cup of maple syrup.
- In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients well and pour over the layered apples.
- Bake for 50 minutes and carefully flip onto a cooling rack.
- Slice and enjoy on its own or with a scoop of your favorite vanilla ice cream.
