Featured Recipe: Scorching Sriracha Cauliflower Wings (Vegan, Gluten Free)

Turn up the heat with these finger lickin’ cauliflower wings and gain the benefits of fiber, antioxidants and carbohydrate energy!

  • 2 Large Heads Organic Cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp "Sarafino" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Sea Salt


  • 2 Cups Organic Chickpea Flour
  • 1 tsp “Frontier” Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp “Frontier” Onion Powder
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • 0.125 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 Bottle “Organicville” Tangy BBQ Sauce
  • 6 tbsp “Simply Natural” Organic Red Sriracha


  • Pre heat your oven to 350F.
  • Break up your cauliflower into desired size pieces, toss with olive oil and a pinch of salt and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 40 minutes and allow to cool.
  • In a bowl, whisk together all of the batter ingredients and dip each of the roasted cauliflower pieces into it.
  • Place back onto the parchment lined baking sheet and return to the oven for another 30 minutes.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients and once finished baking, coat all of your cauliflower wings.
  • Enjoy with a side of sliced carrots and your favorite ranch dip.
