Coconut Yogurt Probiotic Pie

Ingredients
Crust:
- 1 ½ Cup Organic Almond Flour
- 1 ½ Cup Organic Shredded Coconut Unsweetened
- ½ Cup Organic Maple Syrup
- ¼ Cup Organic Coconut Oil Melted
Filling:
- 2 Tubs “Yoso” Coconut Yogurt 440g/ea
- ½ Cup Organic Coconut Oil Melted
- ½ Cup Organic Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Organic Lemon Zest
Topping:
- ¼ Cup Organic Shaved Toasted Coconut
Instructions
- In a bowl combine all of the crust ingredients.
- Press crust evenly into a 9” pie dish and place in refrigerator.
- In a bowl, combine all of the filling ingredients and pour into the crust.
- Place in freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
- Top with toasted coconut and serve with a dollop of coconut whip.
