  • 1 Nature’s Spelt Pizza Crust

Pumpkin Seed Pesto

  • 0.5 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Pine Nuts
  • 1 clove Fresh Garlic
  • 0.25 cup "Sarafino" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Earthbound Farm Organic Baby Spinach (Loosely Packed)
  • 0.5 cup Fresh Basil (Loosely Packed)
  • 0.25 tsp Sea Salt


  • 0.25 cup Zucchini (Sliced In Half Moons)
  • 3 tbsp Sun Dried Tomatoes (Sliced)
  • 6 spears Asparagus (Sliced In Half Lengthwise)
  • 4 hearts Artichoke (Quartered)
  • 3 tbsp Red Onion (Sliced In Half Moon Rings)
  • 2 tbsp Pickled Hot Peppers (Sliced)


  • 1 Pack Daiya Pepperjack Cheese


  • Pre-heat your oven to 450F.
  • Spread out your pizza dough on a floured (or parchment lined) pizza pan.
  • In a food processor, combine all of the pesto ingredients and spread on top of your spelt crust.
  • Finish with Daiya cheese, your desired amount of toppings and bake for 22 minutes.
