 - 1 Cup “Yoso” Vanilla Soy or Coconut Yogurt
 - 0.125 tsp “Frontier” Cardamom
 - 0.5 tsp “Frontier” Turmeric
 - 1 Cup “Happy Planet” Mango Juice
 
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and serve cold.
