Featured Recipe: Hazelnut Chocolate Protein Brownies (Dairy Free, Gluten Free)
Soft, gooey and delicious - these brownies are not only reminiscent of the popular hazelnut spread, but provide you with a serious boost of protein as well!
Servings: 16 Pieces
Ingredients
- 1 Jar “Nuts to You” Hazelnut Butter (365g)
- 0.5 Cup Organic Cacao Powder
- 3 Packs “Garden of Life” Chocolate Kiss Protein Powder (26g/ea)
- 1 Cup “Lundberg” Organic Brown Rice Syrup
- 0.5 Cup "Almond Breeze" Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
- 4 Cups Puffed Quinoa
- 1 tsp "Organic Traditions" Vanilla Bean Powder
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
- Pre heat your oven to 350F.
- Combine all wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Add all of the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until fully combined.
- Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool before cutting.
- Dust with some cacao powder and enjoy!
