Try Baking with Almond Flour!

Almond flour is made from ground sweet almonds and is an amazing gluten-free substitute for traditional baking flour in banana breads or any baked treat that benefits from extra moisture. It also adds a rich nutty flavour. We’ve even tried it in crepes – delicious!In addition to being gluten-free, almonds are high in monounsaturated fats which have been associated with reduced risk of heart disease, packed with vitamin E which is great for your skin, and are also shown to lower cholesterol levels.
