Cheers to 10 Years of Running for Southlake

There is a quote from Coretta Scott King that I reflect on as Nature’s Emporium celebrates a decade of being the proud title sponsor of the Run for Southlake:

“The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.”

Coretta Scott King

Over the last ten years, we have been able to raise more than $2.3 million to support the most urgent priorities at Southlake, things that are vital for patient care. This is a testament to just how great our Nature’s community is.

Despite the challenges we faced with the 2020 and 2021 events, we pivoted our approach because during difficult times, remaining connected to the community and to a shared purpose helps us to keep moving forward and rooted in what matters.

This year, the Nature’s Emporium Run for Southlake will, once again, bring us together to support a worthy cause.

On Sunday, April 24, our community will strap on its running shoes to run in support of the Southlake Foundation. We fundraise with one goal: supporting leading-edge care at the hospital and the communities it serves to ensure they have the tools and equipment they need to do their best work.

I’d like to thank all of our brand partners who provided us with products for this year’s impressive race kit. Thanks to their support, all race participants will receive a kit packed with everything they need to fuel up for the run.
