February 20, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Free Event!
Packing a hospital bag can be overwhelming. You know you don’t want to forget anything, but you also don’t want to bring everything but the kitchen sink to the hospital. To help you know what to pack, Holistic Birth and Postpartum Doula, Melanie will take you through the “essentials” and the “nice to have” items that you will want to have packed and ready to grab and go when you are!
Melanie carefully covers common items and items you may not have thought of while providing holistic alternatives that you can easily find at Nature’s Emporium. You will leave this talk with a better understanding of what to pack in your hospital bag and how to do so in a way that is in line with your holistic wellness values and birth wishes! Be prepared to take notes!
I will have hospital bag items to pack for Mom, Dad, and Baby on display. These items are ones you can find at Nature’s Emporium. Guests will leave with a handout that has a checklist of these items.
