Are face masks/coverings mandatory for customers?

Nature’s Emporium has decided to ​enforce the mandatory wearing of masks or face coverings for everyone inside any of our stores due to the recent lockdowns around the Greater Toronto Area.

What if I am unable to abide by the face mask or covering policy?

Customers who cannot wear a mask or face covering may take advantage of our curbside pickup service. There is an exception only for children two years old and under.

Can I return items purchased from Nature’s Emporium?

We are currently accepting returns and exchanges.

Why did you hire security personnel for your locations?

Creating a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for our team members and customers is our top priority. Due to recent conflicts resulting from the safety policies we have implemented due to COVID-19, we hired support for all locations.

Security personnel are on-site to ensure that team members and customers do their part to adhere to our officials’ health and safety guidelines.

It has been a challenging time for our front-line workers. We intend to provide them with the support they need so that they may continue to serve the communities we are proud to be in.
