In addition to our free running workshops, beginning on March 1st, we invite you to enjoy this delicious smoothie recipe that will help you go the extra mile.
Nutrition plays a vital role in optimizing your performance as a runner and smoothies are one of the most effective ways of fuelling your body with bioavailable nutrient dense foods.

Anytime Meal Replacement
For a balanced nutrition while on the go, try this nutrient dense and delicious meal replacement smoothie to maximize your energy and performance. Combining easily digestible protein, vitamins and minerals, and energizing carbohydrates, you’ll satisfy your hunger and nourish your muscles with this high-octane fuel.
3 tbsp nut/seed butter (almond or pumpkin seed)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup frozen mango
1 ½ cups almond milk
2 tbsp raw cacao (optional)
1 scoop Chocolate vegan protein
Simply combine these ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth!
