  • 1 Large Pink Lady Apple
  • 1 Cup Mango (Frozen)
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened “Natura” Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp “Artisana” Almond Butter
  • 0.5 tsp “Frontier” Cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp “Frontier” Ginger Powder
  • 1 tbsp “Northern Harmony” Organic Maple Syrup


  • 0.5 Cup Pecans
  • 2 tbsp “Now” Flax Seed Meal
  • 2 tbsp “Northern Harmony” Organic Maple Syrup


  • In a high speed blender, blend all the smoothie ingredients until smooth.
  • In a food processor combine all of the crumble ingredients and add on top of your smoothie before serving.
