Instructions
Process your coconut, cashews, vanilla powder and salt in a food processor until smooth.
Add the melted coconut oil and agave and process until well combined
Using an ice cream scoop, form 10 macaroons and set aside on a parchment lined tray.
Use the pecan halves for the feet, dried currants for the eyes, almonds for the beaks and goji berries for the wattles.
