Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cup Frozen Organic Edamame
  • 0.5 Cup Frozen Organic Green Peas
  • 0.5 Cup Fresh Organic Dill
  • 0.5 Cup Organic Onions (Diced)
  • 0.5 Cup Organic Garlic (Minced)
  • 0.5 Block “Morinaga” Soft Silken Tofu
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp “Eden” Brown Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp "Sarafino" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt (To Taste)
  • Black Pepper (To Taste)
  • Organic Non-GMO Corn Chips of Choice

Instructions

  • Combine everything but corn chips in a food processor until you reach your preferred consistency. Serve with your favourite corn chips or cucumber slices.
