However, I can find no information on it (not online, not on the Nature's Emp. website, and not on the jar itself. There is a Best Before date, and a warning label that states it is unpasteurized, and an ingredient list. But there are no amounts listed of those ingredients, no calorie count, and no sugar content (as it is quite sweet). I would certainly want that if I were to purchase again, or recommend.
