Kale Black Bunch

Also known as dinosaur kale. AKA dinosaur kale. A cabbage-like green with a mildly peppery flavor. A bit richer and chewier than other kales. Remove tough stems and ribs. Steam, saute, boil, or add small amount to salads. Beautiful as a garnish.
