Milk thistle powder is a traditional liver support and excellent for liver regeneration. Milk thistle contains silymarin, a flavonoid which is great at fighting free radical damage. It has a nutty, mildy bitter flavour. Mix one table spoon with hot water to make milk thistle tea, or blend into salads, soups and smoothies. Can also take it straight, with a glass of water.
