Silver Hills® Sprouted Power Organic Multigrain bread is made with 50% sprouted grains. Sprouted grains are richer in nutrients and antioxidants and contain fewer carbohydrates. They contain a higher level of protein and fiber and more essential amino acids and are also easier to digest. Silver Hills® Sprouted Power Organic Multigrain bread is a soft bread made with a blend of oat, rye and barley. OGM-free, it contains 4g of protein and 3g of fiber per slice.
