1Bunch Organic KaleChopped
1Bunch Organic ChardChopped
1Bunch Organic SpinachChopped
1Large Organic OnionDiced
4ClovesOrganic GarlicMinced
4Stalks Organic CeleryChopped
3Medium Organic ParsnipDiced
1Large Organic CarrotDiced
1LOrganic Vegetable Stock
1LFiltered Water
2tbspApple Cider Vinegar
5Drops Liquid Smoke
500gOrganic Green PeasFrozen
½CupOrganic ParsleyFresh - Chopped
¼CupCoconut OilButter Flavour

Instructions
In a large soup pot, over medium heat, saute onions, garlic, celery, carrot, parsnip, kale, chard and spinach in coconut oil for 15 minutes - stirring frequently.
Cover with vegetable stock and water and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke and frozen peas and cook for another 10 minutes.
Finish with fresh parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper.
