1Small Head Organic CabbageDiced
1Large Organic OnionsDiced

1Large Head Organic BroccoliCut into Small Florets

Instructions
In olive oil, over medium heat, sauté onions, carrots, beets, garlic and cabbage inside of your soup pot for 5-10 minutes.
Add water, salt and pepper to the pot, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for another 5-10 minutes or until broccoli is al dente.
