“Lundberg” Brown Rice Syrup

Puffed Rice

Instructions
Pre heat your oven to 375F.
In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except for puffed rice and chocolate chips.
Transfer the mix into a bowl and hand mix the puffed rice and ¼ cup chocolate chips until well combined.
Spread the mix onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 375F for 10 minutes.
Melt the remaining 1 cup of chocolate chips over a double boiler
Allow the bars to slightly cool for 30 minutes and top with melted chocolate.
Place in a refrigerator to cool completely for 2-3 hours.
Cut into bar shapes and enjoy any time of the day!
