  • 3 Cups “Enjoy Life” Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp “Frontier” Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 1 Cup Roasted Almonds (Whole)
  • 1 Cup Roasted Almonds (Chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • 0.5 Cup “Almond Breeze” Vanilla Almond Beverage


  • In a double boiler melt your chocolate chips and add vanilla, sea salt and almond breeze.
  • Combine melted chocolate with 1 cup of whole almonds and spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Top with an even sprinkling of chopped almonds and allow to set in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Using a mesh tea strainer/colander, evenly sprinkle matcha powder, cut into squares and enjoy!
