Ingredients

  • 3 “Nature’s First Fruit” Pink Lady Apples (cored)
  • 1 Cup Brown Rice Flour
  • 0.5 Cup “Nature’s Emporium” Almond Flour
  • 0.5 Cup Jalgua
  • 1 tbsp “Frontier” Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp “Frontier” Ginger Powder
  • 0.5 tsp “Frontier” Nutmeg
  • 0.25 Cup “Canadian Heritage Organics” Maple Syrup
  • 0.5 Cup “Canadian Heritage Organics” Maple Syrup
  • 0.5 Cup “Naked Coconut” Coconut Oil
  • 2 tsp “El Peto” Aluminum Free Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 0.5 Cup Water

Instructions

  • Pre heat your oven to 350F.
  • Using a mandolin slicer, slice all of your apples to approximately 1/8” thickness.
  • Layer the apples evenly in a parchment lined rectangular casserole dish and cover with ¼ cup of maple syrup.
  • In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients well and pour over the layered apples.
  • Bake for 50 minutes and carefully flip onto a cooling rack.
  • Slice and enjoy on its own or with a scoop of your favorite vanilla ice cream.
