Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cups Organic White Basmati Rice
  • 1 Can “Thai Kitchen” Organic Coconut Milk (400mL)
  • 3 Cups “So Delicious” Coconut Beverage
  • 0.25 Cup Coconut Butter
  • 0.25 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
  • 0.5 tbsp "Simply Organic" Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt
  • 0.25 Cup Toasted Shaved Organic Coconut

Instructions

  • Combine everything but shaved coconut in a covered pot and simmer on low for 60 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.
  • Top with shaved coconut and serve warm or cold.
