This talk explores the link between chronic stress and inflammation on our physical health. Research is consistently demonstrating that the link between many chronic conditions people experience is some sort of inflammatory process, often due to stress or food choices. The changes to the layers of connective tissue surrounding our digestive system due to this inflammation can lead to many different conditions, from autoimmune disorders to back and neck pain. After identifying the connective tissue link between inflammation and physical pain different treatment options are discussed to help reverse the injury and promote long-term health.
