In this talk, nutritionist and therapist Kristina Virro will discuss some of the foods and nutrients that both help and hurt your gut.

Speaker: Kristina Virro is a nutritionist and therapist who is is passionate about looking at the overlap between mental health and nutrition. The author of her own book, “The Anxious Teen,” she has also shared her expertise with a number of media outlets, including FLARE, Canadian Living, Buzzfeed, and more.
